Purpose

Aproch is committed to protecting the safety, dignity, privacy, and well-being of children and minors who may interact with the Platform.

This Policy establishes the standards, procedures, reporting mechanisms, and protective measures applicable to minors and sets out Aproch's responsibilities regarding child safety, risk management, and legal compliance.

The protection of minors shall be treated as a matter of highest priority.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

Aproch is primarily intended for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Individuals below eighteen (18) years of age ("Minors") may only access services where permitted by applicable laws and where the required consent of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative has been obtained.

Aproch reserves the right to impose additional eligibility requirements depending upon the nature of the services provided.

2. Accounts by Minors

Minors shall not independently create, maintain, or operate Platform accounts unless expressly permitted by Aproch and applicable law.

Where permitted, accounts involving Minors may require:

  • Parent or Guardian supervision
  • Parent or Guardian consent

Where a Minor seeks to access services through the Platform, the Parent or Guardian may be required to:

  • Request verification documents
  • Remove the account permanently

Aproch reserves the right to take such action without prior notice where necessary to protect safety or ensure compliance.

Aproch may have legal, ethical, or safety obligations to report certain matters involving Minors.

Where required by law, regulation, court order, government authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect a Minor, Aproch may disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities.
